Marcus has a profound and unwavering passion for the impactful work that Cultivating Leadership provides for the betterment of the world. He carries a resolute commitment to fostering coaching and facilitation, driven by the curiosity of his growth journey and how he can contribute most effectively to the betterment of society. What truly captivates Marcus is the potential for adult development, leadership cultivation, and the promotion of human flourishing, especially among the younger generation, with the belief and a desire to create spaces for vulnerability and connection amongst others’ endevour of their personal growth.
Marcus has a unique background, having previously served at an Australian-based agency dedicated to Disabled Youth. This experience gave him invaluable insights and wisdom from working with individuals facing diverse physical and mental challenges. Early in his career, Marcus joined Cultivating Leadership’s Catalyst team with boundless energy and an unwavering aspiration to expand his capacity as a coach and facilitator. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Monash University and is conscious of blending his academic foundation with his profound life lessons and Cultivating Leadership’s teachings. His passion for fostering a flexible mindset drives his desire to provide workshops and support to those around him and the greater community while creating an environment characterised by safety, love, and kindness.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Marcus loves to travel and relishes immersing himself in diverse cultures. While traveling, he adores capturing the world through the lens of his vintage film camera. But Marcus’s love for nature extends beyond his photographic endeavours; he is an avid skier, seizing every chance to jump into the snow.
