What we offer
Core Offerings
We have designed a set of core offerings, where people can access Cultivating Leadership’s core material even when we are not delivering leadership programs within their organisations. This includes our brand new Coaching Leaders for a Complex World certification and our popular Growth Edge Coaching series, to support individual coaches, leaders, and executives in developing their capacity and being change catalysts for those they lead.
Innovation Lab
We love learning and experimenting with new ideas, tools and frameworks that nudge us towards a better future and the world we want to live in and leave the next generation.
Join us in learning, growing and developing, with support from others, in a safe space.

Coaching Leaders for a Complex World
Coaching Leaders for a Complex World is a leadership coaching certification program for people who care deeply about human development, starting with their own. It meets all the requirements for ICF PCC-level accreditation, but it offers something rarer: a place to grow your capacity to support others in messy, fast-changing, multicultural environments.
This isn’t generic coach training. It’s for people who want to support growth in others–whether by becoming a coach, deepening an existing practice, or leading with more presence and care. You’ll be introduced to powerful ideas like adult development and complexity, and you’ll be supported in bringing those ideas to life in your own work and relationships.

Mindful Self-Compassion
In overwhelming times like these, kindness is in short supply–especially self-kindness.

Join us for six weeks of practice, reflection, and connection.
Leadership for human work in the age of AI
AI is accelerating change, reshaping organisational structures and cultural norms faster than most systems were designed to absorb. At the same time, the human work of leadership – staying open under pressure, holding competing truths, and keeping people thinking together – has never been more consequential.
This 90-minute working session explores the capacities senior leaders need to lead well in this moment.

Showing Up Ready
Most of us still are learning to play ourselves in the everyday scenes of life and work. We present ourselves to others “ on stage” in various ways, hopefully appropriate to each situation. Yet the more kinds of scenes we face and the more visible we become out there, the more difficult it can be to discern how to “show up.” This is even more true when we worry that who we are or what we stand for may be unwelcome.
