One of the things we notice in our work with organisations is the need for expansive conversations – ones that open up new possibilities, opportunities and perspectives. We also notice that those in leadership roles that grow in this capacity, and the capacity to enable others to be more expansive, seem to cope better with paradox, disruption and ambiguity – and also seem to lead stronger and more resilient teams.
