My work is grounded in a deep commitment to the human side of leadership. I believe lasting transformation begins within, when leaders become more present, connected, and aware of the patterns that shape how they lead. Whether coaching a senior leader in transition, facilitating a team to reconnect, or supporting a culture shift, I bring groundedness, challenge, and care.
I partner with senior leaders and teams in large international companies across manufacturing, food, mining, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and utilities. They bring me in at moments impacted by complexity, ambiguity, or ambition to change.
In a global organization, I partnered with the leadership team to drive a culture shift. We began with a diagnostic to surface both the visible and hidden dynamics affecting performance, then worked through a series of workshops to align on key priorities. Alongside this, the team and I coached leaders to embed new behaviors and routines in their daily practice. Within a few months, leaders reported more open dialogue, clearer accountability, and a stronger sense of care and connection across sites.Answer goes here…

With teams, I help them navigate change by strengthening how they relate, collaborate, and perform. By surfacing hidden dynamics and unspoken patterns, we rebuild trust, reconnect to shared purpose, and clarify how to move forward together.My approach is rooted in years of experience and is informed by a wide range of facilitation and coaching practices, systemic and somatic intelligence. I meet clients where they are, attune to their context, pace, and complexity, while keeping their focus on what truly matters.

What has shaped me most is seeing, how leadership touches people’s lives.
Working with mindsets and behaviors, I’ve experienced how the quality of leadership can make a real difference. These experiences made it clear to me that, alongside results, leadership is also about connections, relationships, and respect.Living in several countries and working across diverse industries has taught me to notice both the uniqueness of each context and the recurring patterns leaders face. A systemic lens helps me see how these patterns emerge and connect across people, teams, and organizations. Somatic awareness grounds this perspective in the body, reminding me that leadership is shaped by presence, habits, and embodied responses.
