Rameet Singh Arora

I help leaders and teams unlock business and organizational challenges by unleashing their individual and collective potential.

My clients are successful and ambitious leaders and teams, who are seeking more from their work and desirous of unlocking their own potential. I work with CEOs, CXOs, Partners and Directors, and executive and functional leadership teams, across organisational life stages from startups to large global firms and non-profit.

I am coaching the CEO of a family-held retail company. The company is facing an existential crisis. I am also working with his next line of leaders, on his invitation. We are co-creating a journey to support this team to come together in crisis, recreate trust, make sense of where they are going, and how they need to support themselves, their teams and the broader organisation as they navigate a very tough period.

I have also recently worked with the Asia Pacific leadership team of a Professional Services firm to discover and articulate the culture code that enabled their organization to collectively be at its best. Together, we’ve worked with the system to help articulate, and now embed, a ‘code’ of beliefs and behaviours that can help them win, even in a market where they are relatively new.

In my work as a leadership coach, I often start with a self-discovery process that helps clients articulate their values, purpose and gifts, as well as their goals for our work together.

We then embark on the journey of reflection that unearths existing beliefs and patterns, and allows for shifting those that are no longer useful. This ends up in discovering new ways of being and in crafting actions and experiments, which help bring these to the world.

While working with systems, I listen deeply for the aspirations the system holds, and where they are right now. I leverage the power of deep connection – with oneself, each other, our collective purpose and values, and the world at large.

My clients and colleagues tell me that my superpowers include deep listening, a beginner’s mindset of curiosity, non-judgemental insight, courage and empathy. I like to believe I meet my clients where they are and allow them to lead our journey to where the want to be. I hold onto the ambition of doing work that is significant, systemic and sustainable.

I am shaped by my own experience of leading and building organisations. In my own work as a leader, I learnt that people were often at the heart of unlocking challenging business problems.

I have experienced how lonely the leadership journey can sometimes be. And how complex. My experience helps me operate from a space of empathy and understanding for the leaders I work with.

In my journey as a coach, I have discovered a sense of spirituality. This marries well with my belief in science and my training as a coach and facilitator. I have faith in the clients I work with and their inner wisdom. I believe people and people systems have deep capability, that needs an opportunity to surface.

Finally, my work reflects my long-held aspiration for more purposeful and inspiring workplaces, and happier leaders and employees.

“Coaching with Rameet has been a truly transformational journey. It started with an introspection into my core values, understanding my purpose in life, and moving my thoughts and actions in a manner that is in alignment with my values. He really helped drill down my core strengths and at the same time astutely helped me identify my “rabbit holes” as I came to call it. Our conversations have been enriching, provided immense clarity and helped break through my negative thought patterns. We continue to work together as I navigate the new role in a multi-cultural set up and Rameet’s guidance as a coach continues to be on point.”
