I believe work can be human, leadership can be joyful – and change starts from the inside out
Newly promoted leaders that need a coach to help them combat their imposter syndrome, elevate their leadership altitude and develop practices for sustainability and scale.
Leaders in turnaround, who need a thought partner to update their vision & strategy for the future, and bring their organizations and teams along with them.
Leaders in burnout, who have lost connection to purpose. They need support and protected time for the inner journey to rediscover their passion and energy for the next chapter, whatever it holds – and the courage to step into it.
I often work with senior leaders in moments of transformation on multiple fronts; both personally and organizationally. I support them with their inner and outer games, to help them be the biggest leader they can be to meet the moment; and I also help them with their teams and organizations.
For example, I have spent the last year partnering with a commercial executive. She had been in her role for about a year, and her team was a scaling start up. Their strategy was not yet fully formed; they had just all been playing whack-a-mole. She needed to develop a clearer plan for the future, get her leadership team aligned, and make some organizational changes in order to scale. Finally, she needed to ensure that she was able to operate at the right altitude and build sustainable leadership practices for the future.
Over the course of the year, we worked 1:1 in a coaching context; and I also partnered with her and her leadership team on a series of organization effectiveness interventions to help ensure that they were more future ready. This included defining the polarities they needed to navigate together in order to help their team make better, faster decisions; and a diagnostic of the current state that led to key shifts in process & culture. These helped the team improve collaboration, reduce friction and let go of some legacy mindsets that no longer served them. Next up, we are finalizing a few structural shifts that will help them scale – it’s time to dedicate resources for deeper focus, as well as stand up key central teams that enable scaled delivery.
I love helping leaders clarify where they are heading, create the practices & systems to help them get themselves – and their organizations – aligned to go there; and create the conditions for them to be present and joyful along the way.

I’m a curious explorer. I love exploring the world – especially on two wheels; and discovering new recipes and skills to experiment with in the kitchen or pottery studio.
When not out adventuring, you’ll likely find me relaxing on my porch in New Orleans and chatting with the neighbors, or cooking with my friends in our communal kitchen in France. Regardless of setting, there will be delicious food, wine, music and laughter.
