Amani Mansour

Amani helps leaders and teams develop the inner clarity and collective capacity needed to navigate complex challenges and unlock human potential. Her work blends strategic insight with relational depth so that leaders grow not just in skill but in presence and impact.

Amani’s work allowed her to experience the intersection of systems and human experience. That intersection sparked an inquiry: what truly enables people and systems to transform together? Her work today integrates the rigor of strategy, the depth of adult development, and the lived understanding that sustainable change begins with how we show up to ourselves and to one another. Amani loves co-creating transformation journeys that foster open, constructive dialogue and break down barriers that stifle team effectiveness. She is particularly passionate about supporting women leaders and mothers as they navigate the transition of returning to work after maternity leave, helping them thrive while juggling the beautiful complexities of family and career.

Her approach is rooted in a blend of culture & change, conflict resolution, and adult development. She specializes in designing large-scale interventions that are built to scale, often utilizing “Train-the-Facilitator” models to empower employees at all levels to take ownership and lead the change themselves. By combining cultural diagnostics with capability-building toolkits, she ensures that transformation is not just a top-down mandate, but a movement that gives power to the organization to evolve from the inside out. One recent example involved partnering with a regional bank over a 16-month leadership transformation journey. She designed and facilitated workshops, coaching circles, and a Train-the-Trainer model that impacted over 2,000 people. The work strengthened dialogue, aligned behaviors with strategy, and built internal capabilities for sustained change.

In a past chapter of her journey, Amani was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York and Dubai, where she led strategy & growth for McKinsey Academy and designed large-scale capability-building journeys across multiple industries. Before that, she spent nine years with HSBC in Beirut and Hong Kong, focusing on wealth management and organizational development.

Amani holds an M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University and a B.S. in Business Studies from the Lebanese American University. She is currently a Professional Certified Coach-in-training with Cultivating Leadership. Based in the Middle East, she is fully bilingual in Arabic and English.

Outside of work, Amani is a mother of two young boys, an experience she credits as her most profound teacher in leadership. She finds joy in writing poetry, cooking for loved ones, and taking long walks without a destination to soak in the world around her.
