Aaronde Seckou Creighton

I help people, teams and organizations lead from who they truly are, not who they think they should be in the world.

Individuals, teams and organizations committed to being in authentic connection with themselves, their customers/target audience.

What comes to mind is my work in leadership programs where individuals are searching for their unique style of leadership and how they can bring their full self and lived experiences into spaces where it is accepted fully.

My work has been influenced by my professors and community at Case Western Reserve University, the liberation work of ancestors such as Audre Lorde, James Baldwin, etc, my lived experience as a Black neurodiverse man.

Individuals, teams and organizations committed to being in authentic connection with themselves, their customers/target audience.

I enter without the need for code-switching, displaying my own authentic self.

I engage somatic coaching and storytelling.

Colleague – coach, consultant and facilitator.

I am a partner/spouse of 27 years, father to two amazing young women and a full-time doctoral student among other things.  I love the beach and water and I am an avid fan of the Atlanta Falcons, THE Ohio State Buckeye (football) and Carolina Tarheels (basketball)…and HUGE women’s sports fan, specifically basketball and soccer.
