Welcome to The Meadow @ Cultivating Leadership
Your space for growing yourself and learning to grow others

Explore your horizons.
Grow in good company.
Dance into the new world.

It’s time to discover how to live and lead in complex times.

The world is different now. We’re all being challenged in ways we could never have predicted, and we’ve had to find ways to adapt and thrive.

Making those changes has been hard for many of us, and for those we lead, serve, and partner with. We realize that we cannot understand and navigate our world in the way we used to.

New ways are required.

We’ve seen how much our connection to each other and our communities matters.

These are some of the new ways we’re being called to grow into.

Growing together

Exploration and learning happens in community with others. We invite you to come and grow with us at The Meadow where we will connect, learn, practice, and dance into a better future.

It’s a space that serves all of us and helps us to:

  • Deepen our understanding and practice of complexity and adult development
  • Expand connections to ourselves, others, and our wider ecosystem

The Meadow is a place for you to learn to adapt with resilience, and help others do the same.

When we grow and develop, we are more able to make peace with complexity.

We find a space where we can breathe that doesn’t feel so out of control. We lead with more grace and purpose. We serve others from a place of groundedness. And we partner in more nourishing ways.

But this is not a solo journey. These challenging times are inviting us to come together and cultivate new ways of being together for the sake of our shared humanity and the planet.

At Cultivating Leadership, we grow leaders to make the world a better place.

We started Growth Edge Coaching more than a decade ago to facilitate wider access to growth and adult development. While The Meadow as a space is new, providing broad access to developmental support is a part of who we are – and always have been.

Now that the world is calling us to expand our capacity for living and leading in complexity, it’s time to practice new ways of being together and growing each other.

We’re being called to deepen our understanding of each other. To see multiple perspectives. To embrace differences – in ourselves and in others. To cultivate and deepen our ability to lead inclusively.

Will you grow with us at The Meadow?

Let’s create pathways together that could transform our lives.

Let’s build strong bonds with one another, bonds that are shaped by our learning and growing together.
