At The Meadow, our vision is to enable positive change in the world by making developmental offerings accessible to anyone anywhere, in communities of good support.
Cultivating Leadership connects with people through organisations. The Meadow provides a platform that enables individuals to access world class opportunities for growth and connection beyond the customary organisational context. We want people from all over the globe to have access to the very best we have to offer in the areas of adult development and living and leading in complexity.
The Meadow is a place to deepen our understanding of each other. To see more of the contexts and systems we live and lead in. To embrace differences — cultural and worldview – in ourselves and in others. To deepen our awareness of how we show up with each other and the positive difference we can make.

How is The Meadow different from Cultivating Leadership?
The Meadow is the part of Cultivating Leadership that hosts our “come to us” learning and growing experiences. It’s a place where we will host communities of interest.
Who is The Meadow for?
The Meadow is a place for anyone who wants to grow, including coaches, consultants, HR directors, leaders, individuals; people working, volunteering, studying or supporting others in their endeavours. We aspire to make The Meadow accessible to all people interested in growth and making the world a better place through ideas, learning, development and in community with each other.
Can I take multiple programs simultaneously?
Yes you can, unless your program has a prerequisite that needs to be completed before another program is started.
Can I receive CCEUs and certificates?
We offer ICF CCEUs for our Growth Edge Coaching series workshops, and offer certificates of completion for our programs.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes, we will offer a variety of fee options for most of our programs and experiences, making our offerings accessible to everyone. This reflects our commitment to equity, justice and thriving for all. Please contact diana@cultivatingleadership.com with requests and questions about this.
What is your refund policy?
Payment is fully refundable up to 28 days before the start of the event, less a 13% processing fee; it is not refundable thereafter. If the event is under-enrolled, we reserve the right to cancel 28 days prior to the event start date, and refund your registration fee in full.
