Rameet is a leadership coach and facilitator, driven by deep purpose and a passionate commitment to helping leaders, teams and organisations unlock their full potential. He has coached leaders and teams in corporations, start-ups, and local and international non-profits across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Prior to his work as a coach, Rameet spent over two decades in corporate leadership, including leading a transformation project in India’s news media sector and extensive cross-cultural, multinational experience in companies like Publicis, Zomato, and McDonalds. In his last corporate assignment, Rameet is credited with being part of the leadership team that successfully transformed the 90-year-old company at Hindustan Times (HT Media), an Indian news company into a digital company.
In his work, Rameet has had extensive exposure to the areas of strategy, business leadership, and change management. His work in organisations, and now as a consultant and coach, give him a unique multi-dimensional insight into harnessing the potential for businesses, through people, learning, and development. Most importantly, it allows him to hold the balance between understanding, empathy and expertise for his clients.
Rameet holds a Bachelor’s in Economics, and an MBA, and is a Professional Certified Coach(PCC) with the ICF. His work draws on training in Deep Transformational Coaching from the Center for Transformational Coaching, MBTI, and the Saville System for leaders.
Rameet is an avid reader, traveller and learner. He is a passionate sports fan and is currently trying to rediscover his childhood on the table tennis table. He lives in New Delhi with his wife, two children and dog.
"Coaching with Rameet has been a truly transformational journey. It started with an introspection into my core values, understanding my purpose in life, and moving my thoughts and actions in a manner that is in alignment with my values. He really helped drill down my core strengths and at the same time astutely helped me identify my “rabbit holes” as I came to call it. Our conversations have been enriching, provided immense clarity and helped break through my negative thought patterns. We continue to work together as I navigate the new role in a multi-cultural set up and Rameet’s guidance as a coach continues to be on point."
