From her first student government retreat in high school, Rebecca was skeptical of leadership development. It took many years passing, books read, and hours spent with her current colleagues to change her perspective, making her a passionate believer in the transformative power of coaching. She is now the proud owner of a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and is thrilled to encourage change in the world by supporting Cultivating Leadership.
With a background in fundraising and special events, Rebecca has worked with a variety of arts organizations, including the Actors Studio, the National Gallery of Art, and the Folger Shakespeare Library. She brings her organizational acumen and enthusiasm for a well-managed calendar to the Catalyst team.
Rebecca spends most of her free time in the kitchen. She owns more aprons than one person should. She also loves books, travel, board games, and writing (which she, like most writers, also hates). Her informative and amusing blog about living with Multiple Sclerosis can be found here. https://stumblr.blog/
