Ingrid believes that the potential for unlocking creativity and collaborative wisdom comes through exploring fresh perspectives while honouring strategic context. Her experience as a leader and change agent enables her to work with clients to co-create experiences that are powerful, practical, and transformational.

Ingrid’s work draws on deep research and extensive practice. She works as an executive coach and facilitator for clients operating in corporate, education, health, community and social enterprise sectors. Prior to her current work as a coach and facilitator, Ingrid spent fifteen years working in senior leadership roles within a variety of corporate and telecommunication contexts. Working at a national operations level, Ingrid has been responsible for marketing, strategy and sales initiatives and for delivering major culture and performance turnarounds.

Ingrid has a Master of Human Resource Management & Coaching Psychology, from the University of Sydney. She also holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Accounting (First Class Marketing Honours). Ingrid has trained in Growth Edge and Subject-Object Interviewing; The Global Leadership Profile; the Leadership Maturity Framework; MBTI and The Leadership Circle. She has completed Action Learning training with the School for Social Entrepreneurs and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training with Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn & Dr Saki F. Santorelli at the Centre for Mindfulness. Ingrid’s Developmental Coaching community of practice has been meeting since 2008, their narrative research received an Honorary Mention at the Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School conference.

In her downtime, Ingrid can be found with her young family in or near Bondi or Bronte Beach – ocean attunement she calls it. Ingrid is passionately involved in community approaches to mental health. She is actively involved with the not-for-profit organizations OneWave and RU OK?. Ingrid is also onto her third Draft Novel and Scriptwriting course. She finds the creative writing process to be a fascinating way of unlocking creativity while taking her characters on an emotional and spiritual journey of transformation!
