Eman believes that people have an internal drive to grow, to know themselves, and to live purposefully. Working with values-based and transformational coaching techniques, she helps leaders bring their unconscious limited mindsets and behaviors into consciousness, so they can choose more creative and spacious approaches to influence as leaders. Eman is passionate about helping organizations see how employee wellbeing and growth work hand-in-hand for improved outcomes. Working alongside business and people leaders, she identifies behavioral and mindset shifts, and designs/delivers the leadership development programs to make these shifts real.
Eman has over a dozen years’ experience working with large corporates and government agencies on leadership topics. She spent over 8 years at McKinsey & Company as a consultant with the Organization practice and later as the global Chief Operating Officer of McKinsey Leadership Development (MLD) where she codified the gold standard for leadership development practices used. As a consultant, she focused on system transformation and has served over 15 client organizations on culture design, leadership development and capability building topics.
She graduated magna cum laude, with a bachelor of arts degree from Barnard College, Columbia University, and has continued her education on leadership with the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Eman is a certified coach through The Leadership Circle and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and certified transformational facilitator through Gita Bellin & Associates and Corporate Evolution (Facilitating Transformation through Values).
