Overview

Love is the quiet force at the center of effective leadership—yet rarely named explicitly. It is time for this quiet force to be amplified everywhere.

This 90-minute virtual experience invites leaders, coaches, and leadership developers to explore, experience, and express love as an essential dimension of leadership.

Drawing from Love Everything, Akasha’s debut collection of poetry, the session blends:

  • Poetry readings that awaken the heart and imagination
  • Experiential heart-opening practices 
  • Reflective dialogue on leading with love, even when unspoken

Together, we will explore and experience how love restores our capacity to lead with clarity, courage, and wholeness. Participants will leave with renewed insight, energetic practices, and embodied reminders of how love transforms leadership, relationships, and organizational life.
