Leading in Complex Times

Following on from Jennifer Garvey Berger’s speaking events in Aotearoa New Zealand, we welcome you to learn more about the ideas she introduced, particularly practical strategies for leading in complex times.

We will explore the cynefin framework to make it easier to distinguish between leading in the predictable world, (where we can plan, predict and control) and leading in the unpredictable world where we need to use a whole other set of tools and mindsets to lead. 

We will teach some of these tools, and leave you with some practical strategies to support your own complexity-fit leadership.
