Unlock the Future of Work: Humanising Productivity for Sustainable Success

Transform your workplace into a thriving, productive ecosystem where employee wellbeing and business performance go hand in hand. This one-day immersive workshop, grounded in the research from Human Work: Five Leadership Mindsets for Humanising Workplaces, is designed to give leaders practical, applied, actionable strategies to humanise their work environment and boost productivity.

What business problems could you solve with more humanity in your workplace? Are you looking to make progress with productivity, staff engagement, wellbeing, innovation, culture or social sustainability?

By bringing productivity and humanity together you create the conditions for both the organisation to achieve it’s purpose and for people to leave work at the end of the day ready to be the best parents, partners and contributing members of society they can be.

The programme consists of a:

  • Human workplace self-assessment, prior to the workshop
  • Full day in-person workshop
  • 90 minute action learning group 10 December 3.30-5pm to solidify the practice
  • Online resources.

At the end of the programme, you will have:

  • Access to and the results of, a self-assessment of the humanity of your workplace
  • Understand the principles that guide the ‘how to’ for humanising work
  • Access to the latest research on the business case for humanising work
  • Developed connections with and learnt from other leaders committed to bringing more humanity into the workplace
  • Access to practical applications of the five leadership mindsets for humanising the workplace.

What to expect on the day of the workshop

Expect a very human day of exploring this topic – come along and show up as your whole self. The day will be experiential so don’t expect a day of lectures. Instead, you will be learning as a whole cohort then spending plenty of time in small groups, supporting each other to apply the work within your own unique workplace contexts. Be willing to explore the topic both from an organisational perspective, (how might I change the system) as well as an individual perspective (how might I change)?  Dress in whatever you are most comfortable in for the day. Lunch is included.

  • Senior leaders responsible for team performance.  Leading edge approaches can equip you with tools  to bring a new way of thinking to productivity and human performance – and enable you to become more effective in your leadership and develop high-performing teams.
  • Human resources professionals wanting to expand their thinking into leading edge humanised organisational development and leadership development approaches. Explore practical tools and approaches so you can sharpen your professional practice as business partners.
