We exist to cultivate ideas, practices, and communities that release the world from simplistic thinking and enable progress on our most complex challenges.
We are a network of friends who work together with compassion, generosity and wholeness. We walk our talk by embracing our core paradoxes:
We are a group of nearly fifty folks around the world who are deeply committed to helping our clients navigate their most complex challenges. Our distinctive offer is that we combine our deep theoretical knowledge with incredibly practical tools and structures to enable our clients to bring their biggest selves to make a difference in the world.
We believe who we are is as important as what we know. We are drawn to work together because we are a curious bunch, always pushing the edges of what we know and how we know it. We bring our whole selves to our work and we ask our clients to bring their whole selves too—we are all humans together for all of the complexity that entails. We admire the human condition and genuinely like people and we treat our clients and one another with compassion, generosity, laughter and lightness.
We support leaders around the world to adapt and thrive in a changing world
We first started working with Henry during the post-acquisition integration of Starwood and Marriott in Asia/Pacific. From the first day, the insights gained from working with Henry have been highly valuable to me and the other executives. His work was crucial to the success we had with integrating 2 large companies/cultures. This translated into higher guest satisfaction, market share, and financial performance.
Beyond the integration, Henry continues to support our executive team and many other leaders across the organization on strategic alignment, effective collaboration, and performance. He is a trusted advisor to me which allows me clear and concise feedback not only on my team’s performance – but on my own.
Throughout this whole process, what struck me was Henry's balance in challenging my/our views, in kind and constructive ways. In our roles, very few people will challenge and help us reflect like Henry continues to do. That is truly a remarkable skill.
